Broadline is seeking professional Sales Agents, located in the Twin Cities, Chicago and Denver to market the following products and services to businesses:

  • Local, long distance, data, Internet service and hosting
  • Business phone systems
  • Voice messaging systems
  • Voice and data cabling

Responsibilities will include:

  • Selling telephone networks for local, long distance, T-1, DSL and Internet services
  • Provide account level customer support to customers
  • Uncover additional revenue-generating opportunities
  • Responsible for contract renewal and account saves
  • Review customer's first bill to confirm accuracy
  • Moves, adds and changes (MAC orders)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
  • Knowledge of voice & data products, services and applications
  • Proven track record in a competitive environment
  • Minimum 3 years in telecom industry
  • Strong analytical skills
